Ralph began his career with Littler Mendelson, a national employment law firm in Chicago, and was an associate attorney at Wilson Sonsini. Ralph honed his trial skills in public interest law, then.spent a decade as an attorney representing California's Department of Civil Rights, Department of Industrial Relations, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, ICE. Ralph is a Fellow of the Academy of American Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Attorneys (AAAA) and Academy of California Adoption and ART Lawyers (ACAL).
