US Surrogacy LLC was founded by Dawn Baker in 2014, inspired by her own journey through infertility and a desire to create a more compassionate, personal experience for others. As a full-service surrogacy and egg donation agency, we partner with top IVF clinics, mental health professionals, and legal experts to guide and support every step of the journey. We proudly serve individuals and couples, and are especially honored to walk alongside LGBTQ+ parents as they grow their families. We believe love makes a family, and everyone deserves the chance to build one. Our team of fifteen is made up of dedicated former and current parents and surrogates who lead with heart and lived experience. We’re here to ensure your journey is filled with care, dignity, and support, every step of the way!

Carrie Cheshier - Program Manager

Carrie is the dedicated Program Manager at US Surrogacy LLC. With a deep understanding of the unique cultural, legal, and logistical considerations involved in Domestic and International Surrogacy, Carrie expertly guides Israeli Intended Parents through every stage of their journey to parenthood. In the role of Program Manager, Carrie assists with Case Management and Intake teams to help support and ensure clear communication. Committed to ethical practices and high standards of care, Carrie uses her past experience in Third Party Reproduction to create strong relationships. She found a passion for Third Party Reproduction in 1998 when working at a San Diego based fertility center. Having worked with 2 world renowned clinics in both California and Oregon, the opportunity to grow families with US Surrogacy LLC was the next logical step. Carrie has worked with Intended Parents starting their families with Egg Donors and their Gestational carriers from 53 different countries. The joy that surrogacy brings to all involved inspires her to continue widening her expertise in Third Party Reproduction.

Dawn Baker - Founder and Director

Dawn Baker is the Founder and Director of US Surrogacy LLC, where her heart for family-building shines through in everything she does. A proud mom to three incredible young adults and a devoted wife who loves traveling with her husband, Dawn’s passion for surrogacy is deeply personal and rooted in her own five-year journey through infertility to welcome her second son. With 20 years of experience as a paralegal and a background serving in the U.S. Army, Dawn brings compassion, professionalism, and integrity to her work. She is especially proud to stand as a steadfast ally to the LGBTQ+ community, advocating for equal access to parenthood, and celebrating love in all its forms. Dawn believes that every family is unique and deserving of support. Her mission is simple but powerful: to help people from all walks of life grow their families with care, respect, and unwavering dedication.

Kimberly Hennessy - Program Director

Kimberly is the Program Director of US Surrogacy LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in third-party reproduction. Her background includes guiding intended parents and surrogates through education and matching, along with more than a decade of fertility clinic patient coordination. She leads with compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to ethical, safe family-building through egg donation and gestational surrogacy. With her medical knowledge and genuine passion for helping others, Kimberly understands both the emotional and practical complexities of the journey. She believes strongly in a collaborative, team-based approach and is known for her calm, solutions-focused support. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and traveling. She treasures being a parent to her daughter and feels profoundly grateful for that joy after her own challenging path to parenthood. Her personal experience allows her to truly connect with and support those navigating their own family-building journeys.
