Hi, my name is Jennifer Nicholas and I am the Surrogacy Department Manager here at ACRC. I am a single mom of two beautiful girls, living the dream in North Carolina! I was a Fertility Nurse prior to joining ACRC just over 2 years ago. My passion for fertility began in my early twenties when I was diagnosed with PCOS and Infertility. My dream of being a mother felt so far away but after beginning fertility meds I was able to go on to have two wonderful children. After my treatments I knew exactly what I wanted for my career, to help other women and couples who were where I was just a few years prior and so my journey began...I absolutely love what I do--I am right where I was meant to be!

Leo is the CEO of ACRC. A full-service egg donation and surrogacy have brought more than seven years of executive experience with leading professional bilingual staff members with a deep assisted reproductive technology background across the U.S., Japan. The team has been grateful for assisting hundreds of families and individuals to successfully bringing babies home and are highly involved in every journey. Providing personalized and one-stop service, taking good care of the families or individuals, to bringing babies home is his most important goal and mission.
