Dr. Debra Schell
- Reproductive Endocrinologist
Dr. Debra Schell is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist at Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago. She earned her medical degree at Loma Linda University Medical School, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and completed her residency at Wayne State University/Hutzel Hospital and her fellowship at the University of Illinois/Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Schell specializes in endometriosis, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and complex pituitary and adrenal conditions, and has extensive experience in laparoscopic and robotic surgery. She has been recognized as a Wisconsin US News Health Top Reproductive Endocrinologist and a Milwaukee Top Doctor.
Dr. Eli Reshef
- Reproductive Endocrinologist
Dr. Eli Reshef is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist at Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago. He earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of Alabama Hospitals, and completed his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Louisville. Dr. Reshef has extensive experience in reproductive surgery, including correction of reproductive tract birth defects, endometriosis treatment, fibroid removal, and fallopian tube repair. He is the recipient of the RESOLVE National Fertility Association Hope Award for Advocacy, the ASRM Suheil Muasher Distinguished Service Award, and the Margaret Sanger Award from Planned Parenthood.
Dr. Michelle Catenacci
- Medical Director, Reproductive Endocrinologist & Infertility Specialist
Dr. Michelle Catenacci is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and Medical Director at Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago. Double board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology, she completed her medical training at Wayne State University and her residency and fellowship at MetroHealth Medical Center / Cleveland Clinic Foundation. A recognized leader in the field, Dr. Catenacci was named a 2026 Castle Connolly Top Doctor and 2026 Castle Connolly Exceptional Woman in Medicine and has held Castle Connolly Top Doctor recognition since 2019.
Dr. Olutunmike Kuyoro
- Reproductive Endocrinologist & Infertility Specialist
Dr. Olutunmike Kuyoro, also known as Dr. Tumi, is a distinguished reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago. Dr. Kuyoro is also board certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her research has been widely published in esteemed journals such as Fertility and Sterility Reports and BMC Health Services Research. Some of her notable publications include works on racial disparities in fertility care, predictors of follow-up care in cervical cancer screening, and the impact of BMI thresholds on fertility treatment access. Throughout her career, Dr. Kuyoro has been recognized for her excellence in clinical care and research. She has received multiple awards, including the Steven A. Farber MD Annual Award for Clinical Excellence in OBGYN for two consecutive years, the Society for Maternal and Fetal Medicine Residency Program Award for Excellence in Obstetrics, and the Excellence in Research Award.
