Cofertility is an egg donor matching platform that offers options for fresh or frozen egg donation cycles. Instead of cash compensation for egg donation, we operate based on an egg sharing model where the donor keeps half of the eggs retrieved and donates half to intended parents to help you grow your family. We designed our Family by Co program to provide intended parents with a value-aligned choice and a mutually beneficial model that honors everyone involved, including intended parents, donors, and ultimately donor conceived people. Whether fresh or frozen, all intended parents are covered by our industry-leading Baby Guarantee, which underscores our commitment to helping you grow the family of your dreams.

Laurie Shelton

Laurie brings over 2 decades of family building experience to her Member Outreach role at Cofertility where she supports intended parents through the egg donor matching process. Prior to Cofertility, she worked in adoption, supporting over 750 placements and collaborating with attorneys and agencies nationwide. She later joined PairTree, the first adoption tech startup where she worked with families, grew their national professional network, and launched the first cross-state professional support group. Laurie holds a BS in Psychology and is passionate about ethical, inclusive family building.
