Dawn Baker, the Founder and Director of US Surrogacy LLC, also founded MX Familia. A proud mom to three incredible young adults and a devoted wife who loves traveling with her husband, Dawn’s passion for surrogacy is deeply personal and rooted in her own five-year journey through infertility to welcome her second son. With 20 years of experience as a paralegal and a background serving in the U.S. Army, Dawn brings compassion, professionalism, and integrity to her work. She is especially proud to stand as a steadfast ally to the LGBTQ+ community, advocating for equal access to parenthood, and celebrating love in all its forms. Dawn believes that every family is unique and deserving of support. Her mission is simple but powerful: to help people from all walks of life grow their families with care, respect, and unwavering dedication.

Raquel is the Program Director of MX Familia, a gestational surrogacy program based in Mexico City. As a proud Mexican-American, she brings a unique perspective to her work — combining a deep love for Mexico with a clear understanding that the surrogacy journey there requires exceptional care, structure, and protection. Raquel is dedicated to ethical family building, with a strong focus on safeguarding everyone involved. She is especially passionate about protecting Mexican surrogates, ensuring their experience is grounded in respect, dignity, and honor. She is deeply committed to supporting intended parents, encouraging the connection with their surrogate, and protecting the well-being of their future child. She believes affordability should never mean compromise. By upholding the same strict standards followed in the United States, Raquel works to eliminate uncertainty, prevent risks, and create journeys built by caring for both intended parents and surrogates throughout every step of the process.
